LEGAL INFORMATIONS AND TERMS OF USE OF THE Textwork SITE

Access to or use of the website at the address https://www.textwork.fondationricard.art (hereinafter the “Site”) implies acceptance of these Terms of Use (hereinafter the “ToU”) without reserve. If you do not accept these ToU, please disconnect from the Site immediately.

2. ACCESS TO THE SITE

Access to the Site is reserved to persons connecting from France. If you do not meet this condition, you must ensure that the laws of the country from which you connect authorise such access. 

Access to the Site and its use are reserved for strictly private and personal use. You undertake not to use this Site and the information or data appearing on it for commercial, political or advertising purposes or for any form of commercial soliciting, including the sending of unsolicited e-mail. 

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

The Site, the domain name of the Site, the trademarks and brands and all content and other elements which it comprises (including: architecture, site map, logos, visuals, text, commentary, illustrations, images whether animated or not, files, video clips, sounds, etc.) reproduced on the Site are protected by laws in force on intellectual property and/or databases. They are fully owned by Fondation d’Entreprise Ricard, its Founder or its partners. 

Any reproduction, representation, display, adaptation or translation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of the Site or elements of the Site without the prior written agreement of Fondation d’Entreprise Ricard, is strictly prohibited and shall give rise to liability on the part of the person doing so. No commercial exploitation, even if partial, of the data presented on the Site may be made without the prior written agreement of Fondation d’Entreprise Ricard. 

4. LINKS TO OTHER SITES

The Site may provide links to other sites; this is a service provided to the user. However, since these sites are not under the control of Fondation d’entreprise Ricard, it disclaims any liability with respect to the content, information and data that may appear on said sites. 

The creation of hypertext links by third parties to all or part of the Site is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Fondation d’entreprise Ricard. In all cases, any such link must be removed on the mere request of Fondation d’entreprise Ricard. 

5. LIABILITY

For the management of the Site, Fondation d’entreprise Ricard reserves the possibility, at any time and without notice, to suspend, interrupt or limit access to all or part of the Site, delete any information that may perturb the working of the platform or that contravenes domestic laws, or suspend the Site for the purposes of updates. 

Fondation d’entreprise Ricard cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the internet, including in the event of failure, breakdown, difficulty or interruption preventing access to the Site or to any one of its functions. 

The user of the Site acknowledges that his or her equipment for connection to the Site is his or her entire responsibility, and he or she must take all appropriate steps to protect his or her own data, including from attacks from Internet-based viruses. 

Moreover, the user is solely responsible for the sites and data that he or she consults.

Fondation d’entreprise Ricard cannot be held liable in the event of any judicial proceedings being brought against the user due to use of the Site or any service accessible via the Internet.
